1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Access to the Timislot platform and participation in any game, promotion or wagering activity is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times you use the platform.
- You must be the registered owner of the payment account or bank account you use for deposits and withdrawals. Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order – whether placed through Timislot directly or through any related responsible gaming programme.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a Timislot employee in a role that relates to platform operations or game outcomes.
Timislot takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Access to deposits and withdrawals may be suspended pending the completion of verification. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be permanently closed and all deposits returned without payment of any winnings.
By creating an account on Timislot, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

2. Account Registration and Security
Registration on Timislot is free. Each individual may hold only one account at any time. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
When registering, you are required to provide your real full name, a valid mobile number, a valid email address and a date of birth that confirms you are 18 or older. This information must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your contact information changes, update your profile immediately so that Timislot can reach you regarding account matters.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Timislot login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Timislot support immediately. Timislot will never ask you for your full password via email, chat or any other channel.
Timislot reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal above Rs 10,000; when unusual account activity is detected; when there is a discrepancy between account registration details and payment account details; or as part of routine compliance review. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, driving licence or utility bill dated within the past three months.
Account sharing is not permitted. Your Timislot account is for your personal use only. Allowing another person to access and use your account – even a family member – is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on Timislot are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance, bets or winnings. The following deposit and withdrawal methods are accepted:
- Easypaisa – Mobile wallet transfers, processed instantly
- JazzCash – Mobile wallet transfers, processed instantly
- NayaPay & SadaPay – Digital wallet transfers
- IBFT Bank Transfer – Inter-bank fund transfer via any Pakistani bank
- Visa / Mastercard – Debit and credit card payments
The minimum deposit on Timislot is Rs 200. The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction. Deposits from third-party accounts – accounts not registered in your own name – are strictly prohibited. Deposits of this type will be returned and may trigger a compliance review of your account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests placed before 10 PM PKT are typically processed within two hours. Requests placed overnight are processed the following morning. Processing times for IBFT bank transfers may be subject to banking hours and interbank clearing schedules.
Withdrawal Conditions: Timislot may withhold a withdrawal request pending identity verification if verification has not yet been completed, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if there is a compliance review in progress on your account. In all such cases, your funds remain safe in your balance and are not at risk.
Timislot does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges according to their fee schedule. These charges are outside of Timislot's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
Timislot processes all PKR deposits and withdrawals securely. Payment method details are verified against account registration information as part of our standard compliance process.
4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
Timislot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as the specific terms published with each individual promotion.
Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on Timislot carry a wagering requirement – a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion details before you activate any offer.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met are cancelled and removed from your balance.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and video poker typically contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the bonus terms.
- Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets above the maximum permitted bet per round while bonus funds are active is considered bonus abuse and may result in the bonus being voided.
- Timislot reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed through deceptive means, including the creation of multiple accounts, abuse of referral programmes or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation.

Once a bonus has been activated against a deposit, the wagering requirement cannot be reversed without forfeiting the bonus amount.

5. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the increase request is made.

6. Platform Rules and Fair Play
All players on Timislot are expected to conduct themselves fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game they participate in. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, including poker and live casino games, is strictly prohibited. Timislot operates continuous monitoring of multiplayer tables for collusion patterns including chip dumping, communication-based play coordination and hand history analysis.
- Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any software that automates gameplay decisions on Timislot is prohibited. All game decisions must be made manually by the registered account holder.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: If a technical error causes a game to operate incorrectly – including displaying incorrect odds, paying out erroneously or failing to register bets correctly – you must stop playing the affected game and notify Timislot support immediately. Any winnings accumulated during a verified error state are void and will not be paid.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider while retaining the value of bets placed or winnings received on Timislot constitutes fraud. Timislot reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and to share account information with relevant payment processors and fraud prevention networks.
- Money Laundering: Timislot operates in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Depositing funds for purposes other than genuine wagering activity is prohibited. Accounts suspected of facilitating money laundering will be closed and relevant information passed to appropriate authorities.
Timislot's games are supplied by certified software providers whose random number generators are independently tested and audited. The outcomes of all RNG games are determined entirely by the certified random number generator and are not influenced by any previous outcomes, bet sizes or account history. All RTP figures published on the Timislot platform are accurate and based on certified audit data.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
Timislot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: underage gambling, duplicate accounts, fraudulent payment activity, collusion, use of prohibited software, or material misrepresentation during registration.
In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, Timislot will determine at its discretion whether any balance remaining in the account is payable to the player. Where the breach has resulted in financial gain to the player that would not have been achieved under fair play conditions, Timislot may withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting Timislot support. If you are closing your account due to problem gambling concerns, self-exclusion is available as a separate tool that provides additional protections including the suspension of promotional communications.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Timislot will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any administrative fees are applied to a dormant account. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold can be requested at any time by reactivating your account.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Gambling involves risk. The outcome of casino games, sports betting and all other wagering products on Timislot is determined by certified random processes or real-world events and cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Timislot does not guarantee any return on wagered amounts. Players accept this risk when they place bets on the platform.
Timislot is not liable for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. Beyond that, financial outcomes from gambling are the player's own responsibility.
Timislot makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability. However, scheduled maintenance, software updates, unexpected technical failures or issues with third-party game providers may occasionally result in service interruptions. Timislot is not liable for losses claimed to result from service interruptions, provided these are communicated to players in a reasonable and timely manner where possible.
In cases where a technical error affects game outcomes in a way that is verifiably adverse to the player – for example, a bet not being registered due to a connection error – Timislot will investigate and where the error is confirmed, credit the player's account with an amount that reflects the value lost. Timislot's decision in such cases is final following a reasonable investigation period.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Timislot collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to Timislot collecting, storing and processing your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and the provision of customer support.
Timislot will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers – including payment processors, identity verification services and certified game audit laboratories – only to the extent necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

10. Amendments to These Terms
Timislot reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Timislot will notify players via the email address registered to their account and will display a notification on the Timislot platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Timislot platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
